Congratulations to Malcolm Burfitt who received confirmation today that he's made the Men's Premier Open GB Team.
Malcolm joins eight other Henley paddlers (see below) who will be representing Great Britain at the forthcoming World Championships in the Czech Republic later this year.
Henley paddlers have consistently represented GB Teams over the past 12 years and we're delighted and proud of Andy, Arlene, Esther, Malcolm, Penny, Pete, Steve, Sue and Werner who have all made the GB Squad for the 2009 World Championships. Well done to you all !
Later in the Summer we will be reporting back on the progress of each of the crews at the championships, but for the moment we wish all our Henley paddler the very best and look forward to them bringing home some medals for Great Britain !
